Our story
Why we build attendance and operations tools
NIDA Systems started with a simple observation: many organizations in Ghana were still tracking attendance, rosters, and payroll-ready records with paper logs or disconnected spreadsheets. That made basic tasks, like confirming who clocked in or preparing payroll, slower and harder to verify than they needed to be.
We built our first product, Aseda Clock In, to close that gap — giving businesses a single, dependable system for clock-ins, employee records, rosters, image proof, and payroll-ready reports. We work closely with the organizations that use our products, and we keep building based on what they tell us they actually need.
